A pair of fresh, all white Nike Air Max 90s. My 2015 summer staple.
Dress shopping – it’s tricky business. It’s funny because me and El have both been searching high and low for fancy dresses. You’ve already seen El’s selection of dresses here right? Luckily I believe she has found the one, which is absolutely stunning, but I’ll behave and leave that story for El to tell. For now, here’s the dress I’m planning to wear to a wedding I have coming up in July. Its blush colour is uber cute and the lower layers create a beautiful ethereal feel. I’ll have to be extra cautious with the accessories I choose to pair this with. Decisions, decisions; we’ll see what I go with.
I’m holding my breath until I can unpack my summer wardrobe and get all cute outfits and shoes out. White I wait I can’t help but do some shopping around.
I follow two girls, owners of Sabo Skirt shop, on Instagram and can’t help but fall in love with these cute pieces they have stocked in their store. They have a really good eye for picking colorful and sexy outfits!
Maybe I might just try a bit more color for this coming season!
I’m in love with this Sandre Aztec Sequin Mini Dress. I must admit, I’ve never purchased anything from Missguided before but I can’t wait to have this piece in my wardrobe. I’d pair this with minimalistic, strappy white sandals though. Perhaps these River Island ‘Barely There’ beauties?

A couple weeks ago, The Coup were asked to visit Judy’s Travelling Fair at Old Spitalfields Market and put together a guide on how to dress vintage. For those of you who haven’t come across the Fair yet you should really check it out. It’s a little haven for lovers of all things vintage. As someone who is not vintage mad, I found myself falling for timing pieces. Come on, who can say no to vintage broaches and designer handbags?! Exactly!

Floral prints are one of those rare prints that transcends all four seasons. We often see winter florals appear in shades of burgandy, grey, purple and so forth during the A/W season. Likewise brighter, more vibrant floral designs pop up during and throughout the S/S season. This dress is a funny one though. I bought it at Christmas but don’t you think however that it’s better suited to the S/S season? I’m loving the way it looks in the sun!
And, bonus, it’s pretty easy to dress up and down too! For a more casual look I have previously worn this dress with a pair of classic brown brogues and cute ankles socks. Today however, I’m emulating a feminine and more youthful look by sporting nude heels and a casual denim crop jacket.
The dress’s lightweight material means that I’m going to have to be a tad conscious of the wind blowing. We don’t want a boo-boo now, do we?!

Any one that has had the pleasure (and stress) of rummaging through my wardrobe will vouch for my fondness of colours. In my eyes, all things bright are beautiful.
A little under two weeks ago my amazing colleagues treated me to a birthday shopping trip in central London. After spending hours – which felt like minutes – getting lost in Topshop I decided on this mini number by London brand, TFNC.
Now I know the colours are a little on the bright side but I absolutely adore this piece! The focus on block colours meant that it was easier and best to keep my accessories to a minimum. A perfect time to wear those ASOS ‘Hollywood’ heels I bought a couple months ago. Likewise the feathered simplicity of my clutch bag and my timeless, gold Michael Kors piece helped add both texture and jazz.
Now all we need is the sunshine to last…!
As a child I remember that by May the sun would always be shining and eating ice – cream, watermelon and the various edible treats that we attribute to the summer season were daily treats. Although the thick of summer is yet to come, if you’re anything like me you’d have started thinking about your summer wardrobe. If there’s one colour essential to your summer wardrobe this year it’ll be white. Here’s a little simple but cute outfit inspiration for those summer days that’ll hopefully be arriving soon…

An innovative design brought to us by Avéc Moderation; these sandals are dazzling in the most simplistic way. Design-wise, Avéc Moderation have based their capsule summer collection on the universally loved flip-flop. But these flip-flops come with a little twist…
Hand made in Italy, the sandals are crafted using the finest of Tuscan leather. The key component is the silk scarf however, which gently drapes around the ankle. With a range of over 28 designs and colours, I can’t imagine these unique sandals failing to complement any summer wardrobe. Totally chic and totally classic, these sandals are semplicemente bella!
