A fitted top, structured skirt and minimalistic heels – sometimes you’ve just got to keep it classic and clean. The drop in the temperature has encouraged me to play with texture instead of colour. So today, I’m keeping it simple with a little black number. Couldn’t resist a hint of colour though, hence the nails. Bisous beauts, have a great day!

Sales have come to the high street! Don’t you just love a good bargain? I decided to be very organised and check them out before all the good stuff is gone. Here are the items that I have added to my basket.
1. Zara top with necklace 2. Goldie of London gold sequin skirt 3. Topshop chiffon frill sleeve dress 4. Topshop floral one shoulder dress 5. Zara slingback pumps 6. Zara pencil skirt with pleated hem 7. Topshop stipe lace crop dress.
When I was on holiday in St. Petersburg, Russia I came by Monton boutique. Monton is a very popular eastern European brand, that produces lovely smart casual pieces.
I couldn’t resist picking up this ‘palm’ print skirt. Although in these photos palm trees are hidden under my knit. The skirt is made from structured fabric, nipped at the waist. Playing on the burgundy notes I paired it with a thin knit from New Look. You can see skirt’s beautifully unusual pattern much better here:
I highly recommend taking a look at Monton’s website, montonfashion.com. They have loads more pieces that I’d love to order. For now I will wear my new skirt to work. Ta-Ta!
Love this drape dress by H&M. The cut, the colour and the price. At only £14.99 it’s a bargain, I’m so tempted to buy it in every colour…! I snapped it up about 3 weeks ago. It’s gorgeous on. I wore it the other day and the compliments wouldn’t stop rolling in. I’ll dress it up for you soon!

Told you you’d see another one! This was what I wore the other day before heading out for some drinks in town. I do love this skirt. Monochrome colour palettes are doing a lot for me at the moment, and Gingham print is currently all the rage. I must say, I do think it’s quite flattering on the curves too…
Just a quick post today. Hope you have a great weekend. We’ll see ya on the flipside!

Hello Autumn. My precious. My favourite season of the year.
Yesterday I said that I’d wear my new boots for you; what do you think? I’m so in love with them and, bonus, the heel is one I could easily spend the whole day in. I’ve paired them with my new Angora jumper which is a slight pain in the bum. It sheds like crazy! I’m looking for a solution so if any of you know how to stop fluffy jumpers from shedding, please share! Also, there’s nothing like a couple of gold accessories to add a little bit of glitz and glamour :)
Angora Jumper – H&M, Mini Tube – Topshop, Oversize Boots – H&M (I couldn’t find them online but here are a similar pair), Gold Suede Bag – Zara (old), Chunky Curb Collar – Topshop, Stacking Rings – H&M, Gold Chronography Watch – Michael Kors
This is what I wore yesterday. A casual tee, dressed up with a fitted midi and a pair of heels. And also my French Connection ‘Let It Be Rock’ studded leather coat. You might remember me lusting over it last year…!
I love the detail on the arms. I can’t lie; it’s quite heavy to wear. But it does the trick when I want to spruce up a simple outfit.
Representing for my team…
Team nerd all the way!
Have a beautiful day

I have to admit that I was looking at this Next lace peplum top for months, having tried it on a few times in the store in both colour combinations (also comes in navy); I have decided to take the plunge and part with £50. And oh my, this has been a very good investment!
I absolutely adore the fit and this pale pink colour never fails to illuminate even the most tired face of mine. Paired it with a simple tight fitting midi skirt from Topshop, which is so soft and stretchy, perfect for the whole day of sitting by the desk!
These earrings are from H&M – a little bling in the office could never hurt!
Patiently waiting for the perfect moment to wear ‘Arieta’ heels by Carvela Kurt Geiger and it has finally arrived! Having purchased this pair all the way back in September, I couldn’t wait to create an office look with them.
Hope you like it!

Any one that has had the pleasure (and stress) of rummaging through my wardrobe will vouch for my fondness of colours. In my eyes, all things bright are beautiful.
A little under two weeks ago my amazing colleagues treated me to a birthday shopping trip in central London. After spending hours – which felt like minutes – getting lost in Topshop I decided on this mini number by London brand, TFNC.
Now I know the colours are a little on the bright side but I absolutely adore this piece! The focus on block colours meant that it was easier and best to keep my accessories to a minimum. A perfect time to wear those ASOS ‘Hollywood’ heels I bought a couple months ago. Likewise the feathered simplicity of my clutch bag and my timeless, gold Michael Kors piece helped add both texture and jazz.
Now all we need is the sunshine to last…!
I love Whistles for their urban cool with a touch of elegance, so I could not resist peeking at what’s new in store this September! I am loving their ‘Carrie’ skirt, very subtly names after a certain character living in NYC; Whistles animal spot crinkled scarf is too cute, deep red Mai Tai courts are a staple for this Autumn! And don’t miss the oversized coat, it’s is bang on trend, we will tell you more about this next week! Hope you enjoy this edit of my favourite items.
Clockwise from top left, Alice curved hem sweater, £85; ‘Carmen’ oversized contrast coat, £350; Animal spot crinkle scarf, £45; ‘Carrie’ pleated skirt, £110; Julep shoes, £95 and Mai Tai red suede court, £125.
