Gifts. Giving, receiving; I love the whole escapade. Over the years my friends have always told me that I’m an impossible person to buy for, largely because if I want something I often just buy it. No surprises there…! I’ve also never been one to tell people what I want. I much prefer people choosing something that they think I’d like, for I believe gifts are indicative of both how me and our bond is perceived. Gifts should also enlighten you that little bit by being things you’d love but never think to choose for yourself. My Miss Dior fragrance is a prime example of this. It was gifted to me last Christmas by my two older brothers. Until then, although I had heard a ton of good natters about it, I had never smelled it. Since, however, it has become one of my favourite scents… Thank you boys!

How cute are these little fur balls?! Pat on the back Miss S, you’ve done me proud! Don’t you think they are reminiscent of Little Liffner bags? At a fraction of the price though. Perfect! I’ve just ordered the black one online but I want them both. I’ve always been against buying the same thing in multiple colours. I doubt I’ll be able to resist these though… Dilemma!
Embellished dresses are perfect for the Christmas season; you probably will have noticed more of them popping up in shops. I have quite a few embellished pieces in my wardrobe, and the number of them is growing steadily. I love a little glitz and glamour, and embellished garments really do make me feel girly.
Today, I want to share one of my pieces with you. I have so many to chose from, but after much deliberation I’ve chosen…
I wore this dress for my birthday. As there’s a lot going on in the dress, I thought it was best to keep my accessories to a minimum. You might also remember my outfit from this years LFW, where I wore an embellished skirt.
Here are a couple of other cute embellished dresses that have caught my eye. I’m loving the glitz and glamour!

We’re set to have a pretty cold winter this year. So I’ve spent a lot of time searching for the perfect winter coat; one that would keep me warm, is current with trends and true to my own sense of style. My staple winter coat this year was not to be fitted; I was looking for something that I could layer up. Luckily, after some time (quite a lot of time I must say), I have found this little gem. What do you think? I’m so happy with my purchase! I’ll take some pictures soon and show you how it looks on.
