With celebrities such as Kim Kardashian West publicly endorsing their use of the hair vitamin, Hairfinity, these two tablets have been causing quite a stir. Wanting to see if the results of this product held any truth, I accepted a year long challenge on my birthday (all the easier for remembering) and vowed to stick by taking the supplement, day in day out, with the hope of seeing an improvement in the state of mane. I must admit, my hair in its natural state is pretty good. As a youngster, it was long, healthy and happy (yes happy). So for me, my aim was to get my hair back to its natural state. I’ve never been one to relax my hair but years of straightening along with being a workaholic has not been good. After six months of taking Hairfinity, I must say I’m impressed. My hair is longer but, most importantly, it is healthier. I have less breakage (practically non) and it’s gleaming with shine. So, so far, so good. If you’re thinking of trying it out I really suggest you do. It’s £30 for a bottle which will last you a month and you can buy it on the official Hairfinity website here. I’m sure I’ll be taking these supplements for a long, long time.
So November came and went in the blink of an eye, literally. I don’t really know where the month went but it was a good one at that. I’ve booked a trip to Berlin over New Years, exciting! Berlin has always been a favourite city of mine so spending NYE there will be pretty epic although I’m going to have to practice wearing practical, warm clothing more similarly to what I’m wearing today. Typically I would have paired this cute jumper dress with some chunky boots but its.just.too.cold! December’s has always been a month when comfort comes first so the heels may be on hold for a while.
Hope you have a great weekend beauts!

I’m off to Switzerland tomorrow for two days. Literally a flying visit; I’ll be back home on Sunday evening. This time I’m much more excited as there’s a whole heap of fun and good company waiting for my arrival. When I lasted visited back in July it was sunny skies and birds tweeting. What with tomorrow being the first of November I’m expecting it to be straight up cold! I’ve decided to play it smart and prep a few outfits; a skill I like to think I have mastered over the years. I already showed you what I’m wearing on Saturday in this post. Clearly I’m planning on the defying the weather… haha! In transit, I’ll be keeping it pretty snug and standard in…
Outfit one: (Elena added the suggestion of knee high socks with this – genius!)
Long sleeve tunic – Topshop; Chunky boots – H&M; Fedora Hat – H&M; Faux fur tote – & Other Stories
Shiny bomber – Topshop; Polo-neck (my winter staple!) – H&M; MOM jeans – ZARA; Air max ‘Thea’s’ – Nike
Hope you guys have a great weekend. Live it up!
So glad it’s the middle of the week; it means we’re getting closer to all important Friday! I’ve decided to throw a night of ping pong this coming Saturday at good ol’ Bounce in Central London to commemorate finishing uni. Should be fun! Not that I am planning on wearing the above outfit there of course! Imagine that?! No, no, no! But I did order this dress from River Island last night and I’m thinking of wearing it next weekend. I’m going to Switzerland again just for two days for a night out. Loving the improvisation on the top half of this dress – it should work quite nicely for a hard-meets-soft transitional look that’s not too dressy nor casual. I’ll keep it dressy with some saucy stilettos but play it down with an open, slightly oversized bomber jacket. And make-up, I’m going to go for a more flawless look by using a range of bronzers, gloss and illuminators rather than something heavy. Let’s hope I don’t start singing ‘I woke up like this!’ Haaaa, we’ll see how this works! Have a great day beauts!

We’re a little late on giving you our verdict on the highly anticipated new range. One thing we love about H&M is their effort to make top end designer wear more affordable and accessible to high-street shoppers. Since Wang disclosed that he would be the first American designer to collaborate with the Swedish high-street favourite H&M back in April, everyone has waiting in line to see what themes would be incorporated in the line. With it’s official unveiling having taken place last Thursday it’s seems as though Wang has gone for all out aesthetic sporty with elements of athleticism taking the fore front. Here’s a sneak peak of the range. Now all we have to do is wait for November 6!
See here for more pictures on the range.
A fitted top, structured skirt and minimalistic heels – sometimes you’ve just got to keep it classic and clean. The drop in the temperature has encouraged me to play with texture instead of colour. So today, I’m keeping it simple with a little black number. Couldn’t resist a hint of colour though, hence the nails. Bisous beauts, have a great day!

Morning team. Happy Thursday!
The irony of these preppy schoolgirl photos is that… I have finally finished my studies!! I’ve spent the past two years juggling a lot of important things and my masters was one of them. For me, Summer was a time to knuckle down. Last Monday, however, marked my emancipation and since I have been spending my time enjoying being a normal twenty-six year old. And it feels good! Now, I’m looking forward to indulging in all of my hobbies, with Team Coup number one on my list.
For details on the outfit see the original post here!
Slightly disappointed with these beautiful heels by ASOS. They are gorgeous to look at but don’t have the same impact when they’re on. Something doesn’t quite fit right and the heel is awkwardly high, which makes them fairly uncomfortable. Annoying, especially as they took about two weeks for me to locate them. I was going to keep them just because they’re pretty but that wouldn’t be very sensible of me would it?! Aah well, it’s back to you ASOS. However, if you’d like to try them on for yourself you can do so here…
If you’re an avid reader of our blog then you’ll know that we both love a pair of classic heels. Suede or leather, the right pair of pumps can not only transform your outfit but, most importantly, the way you feel about yourself. The stilettos above are simply stunning. The bow detail makes them pretty perfect for injecting a subtle hint of femininity in to your look. They have firmly made it into my shopping basket this September. I’m looking forward to pairing these with a structed midi skirt. Yum!

I bought my first cape last winter from Oasis, its black and its soft. and I have worn it to death since then! This winter its all about printed capes, following Burberry’s lead when they debuted a ‘blanked’ coat. Is it a cape or is it a blanked? Could be both and I am a massive fan! I love the idea of throwing it on and not having to worry about the fit or feeling like a stuffed sausage with all the other layers.
Just wrap yourself in softest wool and face the cold autumn day. Here are a few that caught my eye on British high street.

Morning, and Happy Monday to you!
I hope you’ve all had a great weekend. It started a little early for me and El with us taking a trip up to Bath Spa on Friday. Good food, great company and a fun, girlie day out; as you can imagine it was total bliss! Since the weekend has been really chilled but I did get a little overexcited when a fairly large parcel from one of my new favourite stores, & Other Stories, arrived. It’s cute right? You can’t see much of the detail but it has side panels embossed with a reptile-like print. And a little hit of chain detail too – yum! I must say, I think this will make a very good replacement for my Longchamp Le Pliage Tote.

So somewhere in between a world tour and shutting down the VMA’s Beyoncé has found time to shoot these stunning photos, and tons more, for this months issue of CR Fashion Book.

And just like that summer ended…! Well if you live in London then you’ll know that summer ended about a month ago. Me and El have been saying that this is the earliest we’ve ever had to unpack our winter wardrobes. Oh well, I guess we can’t have it all! I’m back at work from Monday so I’m planning to invest in some key pieces that’ll see me into the autumn what with September knocking on our doors and all. It’s going to be a cold one this year and we’re both preparing our wardrobes for it as of now. This autumn/winter I’m all about clean cuts, dark tones and, strong silhouette, like this outfit I’ve thrown together for you above.I’ve always considered navy and grey to be a bit of a winning combination. Polo necks are a staple for me every winter and last year I lived in them. You might remember this outfit here. With that said Autumn
I think I’m ready for you!
