Ahh Topshop; everyones high-street favourite. Just when I was feeling like I’d ‘outgrown’ you (whatever that means), you surprise me again. I bought these fur balls last week and, my oh my, do I love them. Sexy yet playful. I wore them to a wedding last weekend and got a number of compliments from both men and women. The study block heel is a twist on the stiletto heel that fluffy pumps usually come with and, because of them, I managed to dance the night away in comfort. These come highly recommended!

A little birdie told me that Spring’s hottest shoes are flats with a little pointy toe and ankle straps. Oasis hit the nail on the head with these cute pairs. They are such great fit I just had to get myself both colour combinations. This elegant shape will work well with both the casual outfits and pretty dresses. I have to say I am getting used to the idea of wearing a flat shoe, but when they are so cute, who can resist?

Free 5.0 – Nike
Picked up a pair of Nike Free’s the other day. I’ve worked out in so many different styles of trainers, Air Max Ones, Thea’s, 90’s; you name it! So many people have told me it’s important to wear proper footwear when running so I thought it was time to get round to picking some up. I’ve worn these a couple of times in the gym now and they are unbelievably comfortable. The hint of glitter on the side panels make them a little cute too. Should have bought them sooner but hey ho, you live and you learn :)
The best thing about March – spring! Like clockwork, I have already found myself wearing lighter colours. Say hello to my newest pair of Nike Air Max Ones, gifted to me by a good friend last Christmas. Nothing quite beats colourful footwear when it comes to adding a spring to your step.
I’ll show you the rest of my outfit next week. For now, have an awesome weekend!
Finery is closing the gap between high street and designer.
New boutique opened in London on 5th of February offers shoppers modern and sophisticated styling. Finally cutting edge design doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. Finery has launched with 127 pieces that will make you fall in love with dressing again.
Their main collection might be a little too simplistic for me but the shoes and accessories are stunning! Just look at the stunning metails and intricate detail. Love!
A year ago you would have not seen me wearing trainers outside of the gym, but it must have been Adiyam’s influence and I have finally given in for this cute Lacoste pair. They have this lovely white leather so don’t feel sporty at all. Can’t wait for summer so I can pair these babies with denim shorts! Find them here
Just when I was doing so well…! My infatuation with Nikey and, in particular, Air Max Ones has been reignited once again. I got these beauties as a Christmas present from one of my girls. Nice right? My new favourites, let’s just hope I can keep them clean!
Monday morning, meh!!
How are you guys doing? I hope you had a weekend full of goodness. It was a quiet one for me up until yesterday when me and a bunch of friends checked out Winterville in East London – the cool alternative to Central London’s Winter Wonderland. If you’re thinking of heading down there I suggest you do. The rides and mulled wine left me feeling not short of happy. To protect myself from the cold, I layered up and wore these felt skaters which have become somewhat a guilty pleasure of mine. I bought them about six weeks ago, the same day that I bought these python platforms, although Elena wanted them first. Vowing to check in before wearing them to meet up, we both bought a pair. I’ve lived in them ever since or, I’ll admit, since breaking them in. They were painful at first but fine now. I’ll pair them up for you soon :)
Grey Skater Sneakers – H&M (unavailable online I’m afraid. Soz!)
Morning beauts! Or should I say afternoon…
Lazy mornings are the best. Me and El had a spinning class last night so following that with a lie in was as expected; dreamy. I’ve finally gotten over the weekend. It ended up being a ping pong and karaoke fest; what a treat! On Sunday, me and El made a trip to Westfield in Stratford. We almost drowned in the sea of swimmers (Christmas shoppers out in October?!) but thankfully I managed to bag these hot boots from H&M for only £25. Bargain! The platform heel makes them uber comfy and I love the subtle python print in suede. I’m thinking an oversized knit, mini skirt and thigh socks would work quite well with these but we’ll see. Hello Winter 2014 – I’m almost ready for you.

Slightly disappointed with these beautiful heels by ASOS. They are gorgeous to look at but don’t have the same impact when they’re on. Something doesn’t quite fit right and the heel is awkwardly high, which makes them fairly uncomfortable. Annoying, especially as they took about two weeks for me to locate them. I was going to keep them just because they’re pretty but that wouldn’t be very sensible of me would it?! Aah well, it’s back to you ASOS. However, if you’d like to try them on for yourself you can do so here…
If you’re an avid reader of our blog then you’ll know that we both love a pair of classic heels. Suede or leather, the right pair of pumps can not only transform your outfit but, most importantly, the way you feel about yourself. The stilettos above are simply stunning. The bow detail makes them pretty perfect for injecting a subtle hint of femininity in to your look. They have firmly made it into my shopping basket this September. I’m looking forward to pairing these with a structed midi skirt. Yum!

And just like that summer ended…! Well if you live in London then you’ll know that summer ended about a month ago. Me and El have been saying that this is the earliest we’ve ever had to unpack our winter wardrobes. Oh well, I guess we can’t have it all! I’m back at work from Monday so I’m planning to invest in some key pieces that’ll see me into the autumn what with September knocking on our doors and all. It’s going to be a cold one this year and we’re both preparing our wardrobes for it as of now. This autumn/winter I’m all about clean cuts, dark tones and, strong silhouette, like this outfit I’ve thrown together for you above.I’ve always considered navy and grey to be a bit of a winning combination. Polo necks are a staple for me every winter and last year I lived in them. You might remember this outfit here. With that said Autumn
I think I’m ready for you!
