It’s been six whole weeks since I last blogged – how absurd! I think it’s time I checked in with you guys…
So what has 2015 brought so far? A new job! I’m not too sure if I mentioned this to you earlier but in January I was due to start a new teaching role. It’s been hectic but all good so no complaints!
Something else that’s new is my fitness regime. Taking a page out of El’s book, I started working out with her trainer and since have seen some real results. My intention isn’t to lose weight; instead, I want to tone up and keep my curves. I like mixing it up and do 4 sessions a week which include a bit of Hot Yoga, running and a whole lot of weight lifting. I’m currently in love with H&M’s sportswear selection. Here’s some pieces I’ve picked out. In the gym, I like keeping things simple, and sport a lot of grey and blacks. Shocking for a colour fanatic like me right?
