Turning 28 is no joke, along with all the quirks such as being wiser and having a more refined sense of personal style there comes one aspect that no one warns you about – having to work out HARDER than you have ever done before to keep in shape.
And so I decided to tackle this with full force:
- gym three times a week
- running once a week
- weight lifting sessions with a personal trainer
Being a relative newbie to all this fitness stuff, I thought i’d share with you my tried and tested outfit for exercising, thats comfortable, keeps you cool and looks stylish.
As a huge lover of all things black, I gladly avoid plethora of neons and bright pinks. I don’t believe this should be an exemption to the rule when dressing for the gym.
